By accessing and using Reliability Suite Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Reliability Suite Pro is a SaaS platform providing reliability engineering tools including Weibull analysis, MTBF calculations, preventive maintenance optimization, and spare parts forecasting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with the following plans:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added based on your location.
The free trial provides full access to the Service for 3 hours. Only one trial is permitted per device. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by Reliability Suite Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reliability Suite Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
